4.2 Payments are non-refundable once the translation or service has been initiated, except in cases of errors or discrepancies caused by us.

5.1 All translated documents and materials remain the intellectual property of the client.
5.2 Translation Nepal retains the right to use anonymized, non-sensitive excerpts for marketing or training purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for service providers involved in your project, and only under strict confidentiality agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Translation Nepal is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7.2 We are not responsible for any errors resulting from unclear, illegible, or incorrect source materials provided by the client.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
8.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
9. Termination of Services
9.1 Translation Nepal reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
9.2 Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
